Then, I came across WoodenLofts.com. Tom was able to build a custom loft for my room that made it much more functional as a bedroom. The loft was built to span from wall to wall and had to be modified so that I could access a closet on one of the sides. It also has a 6.5' clearance underneath. I feel it has doubled the functional space of the small room and made it one of the more attractive rooms in the apartment now.
