Warranty

WoodenLofts.com warranties its products for 1 year from the date of receipt of your merchandise. During this time we will repair or replace all defective kit components that we consider defective due to our workmanship.

Components which are warped, damaged or missing during delivery/pick-up will be replaced by WoodenLofts.com at no charge to the customer. In some cases to expedite this process we may ask that the customer purchase the replacement components locally and we will reimburse them for the actual replacement costs.

We will not replace kit components due to user misuse, modification or improper installation by the customer. In the event that any of the kit's components are damaged by user misuse, modification or improper installation, WoodenLofts.com will be happy to replace these kit components upon owners request, and only at their expense.

Due to the custom nature of these kits, no refunds will be issued once the construction has been started on your order.

** Certain materials used in the construction of our Storage Sheds include a manufacturer's warranty.
