This customer had a couple of “must haves” for us when we installed these beds for them. 

The 1st was that we needed to be able to put their dressers underneath the beds while leaving enough room to install desks and shelving.
The 2nd was that we needed to fit both Twin Lofts in a small room. 

This first picture shows how we were able to fit the first Dresser under the loft without compromising any headroom (the slats for the mattress are 1/2” above the top of the dresser pictured.
