For those customers who want to add a splash of color to their new Loft Kit, we offer a finishing service.  We use only quality MinWax stains to finish our Lofts.  Because Minwax offers 22 oil-based colors & 74 water-based colors you should have no problems finding the right color to fit your space.

If you decide to order the finishing service, you can exepect a total build time of 10 to 14 days.  This allows enough time to ensure that the finish cures completely.

**We do not offer Paint as a finish option at this time** 

For those customers who want to add an addtional layer of protection to their purchase, we can add a clear coating to your new loft.  This clearcoat can be applied as its own finish, or directly over an applied stain finsh.  The clear coat helps to guard against scratching, moisture and crayon/ink marks because it seals the wood.  We use either a Polycrylic or a Polyeurethane clear coat depending on the type of stain requested.

The clear coat comes in your choice of 4 different sheens:  Matte, Semi Gloss, Gloss, & Satin.
